SMART Abroad promotes diversity and more women in leadership positions. We offer training, tools and share best practices to achieve these results. More women in leadership positions reflects the belief in inclusion. We work towards increasing equal opportunities and increase access to education and finance.
SMART Abroad believes in the mission to foster relationships between the African Diaspora and the African continent for various purposes. The main one being to unlock the continent's potential and make Africa great again. According to the African Union: "The African Diaspora consists of peoples of African origin living outside the continent, irrespective of their citizenship and nationality and who are willing to contribute to the development of the continent and building of the African Union.”
